Cars & Us
Wherever possible we try to avoid unnecessary car journeys – we try and help our customers by email & phone as much as possible. So, if we don’t seem keen to come and see you, don’t be offended – it’s nothing personal, honest.
We’re working on an online presentation too, to help us and our customers get what they need without having to meet up unnecessarily.
The Paper & Ink Story
We try and exist in a virtual world as much as we can, because we know that has the least impact on our environment. However, sometimes we have to print things and when we do, we try to be good, we really do.
For example, our letterheads, continuation paper and compliment slips are all made out of 100% post-consumer recycled material. Even the ink we use on them is good stuff. It’s all made from vegetables! Eat your greens…
(Vegetable-based printing ink is made with vegetable oil, such as soybean or corn oil, as a substitute for petroleum.)
Our Bank
We selected the Co Operative Bank because of their strong stance on Environmental and Ethical issues.

Recycled Stuff in our Offices
We try to use as much recycled stuff as we can. Paper, pens, plastic cups, all the usual.

CO2 – Urgh!
As we all know, the release of greenhouse gases is the number one environmental issue facing the world. We are trying to reduce the damage we have on our tired old planet – we are looking at introducing the following ;
- Using renewable energy
- Measuring our CO2 emissions on a monthly basis, and work to targets to reduce them.
- Offsetting our CO2 emissions each year across our entire business system by 120% in a bid to be carbon negative rather than just neutral.

We believe that we should be giving something back to the community. So every year we donate 5% of our profits to childrens' charities.
